At Matt Mathews Boutique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your return package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
